Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and provide functional support for payroll modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and manage project lifecycles independently.
• Execute payroll conversions, configurations, and mid-year balance migrations.
• Develop and manage Fast Formulas, Costing, HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts, and OTBI Reports.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Oracle Applications and resolve ADP reporting or integration issues.
• Design and execute end-to-end test cases for the Payroll module while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, and Absence.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, and multi-org concepts.
• Expertise in Oracle Applications development, including reports, customizations, interfaces, and extensions.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and source code control.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise software requiring high scalability and redundancy.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience in business intelligence and reporting tools.
