Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensation cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
• Configure compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, and classification rules.
• Develop custom business rules using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Manage integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Applications.
• Expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Deep understanding of sales performance processes and incentive-driven sales models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
