Description

You will lead technical architecture and implementation strategies for Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, managing full project lifecycles.
• Design and develop data conversions for seamless migration into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• Configure compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, and classification rules.
• Develop custom rules using SQL and PL/SQL within the Oracle Cloud environment.
• Model and simplify business processes to optimize incentive workflows and resolve complex discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full-scale Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud implementation.
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end Oracle Incentive Compensation flows.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for rule development.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for connecting source systems with incentive compensation.
• Expertise in Oracle Partner Relationship Management for dealer and partner sales compensation.
• Skills in Business Process Design and Process Modeling.
• Knowledge of Data Conversion, Oracle HR, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Competency in Cloud Computing architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing production support for Oracle incentive systems.
