Description

You will act as an individual contributor on the production support team for Wholesale Credit Banking application services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the production environment to ensure system stability.
• Resolve application issues including job failures, feed management, and system monitoring.
• Manage incidents and conduct thorough problem follow-ups.
• Support application releases, implementations, upgrades, and environment changes.
• Participate in production support rotations, including weekend or after-hours work for deployments and disaster recovery tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Direct experience supporting LoanIQ applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across platforms.
• Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Capability to maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
