Description

You will design and maintain complex database logic within OLAP and OLTP systems, owning end-to-end ETL jobs and database object development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database objects including packages, procedures, functions, and user-defined types.
• Build and manage end-to-end ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Optimize database performance through SQL and PL/SQL tuning, data analysis, debugging, and tracing.
• Implement database partitioning and manage DBMS jobs for system efficiency.
• Collaborate with UI teams to integrate data using cursors, XML, and JSON.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional database development experience.
• Expertise in PL/SQL development and advanced SQL tuning.
• Proven experience building ETL processes and end-to-end jobs.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON data formats.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP and OLTP system architectures.
• Strong data analysis skills for performance debugging and tracing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata, SingleStore, or MySQL.
• Experience with Python, including pandas, requests, and database connectivity libraries.
• Background working within the Oil and Gas industry.
