Description

Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle technologies, including end-to-end ETL jobs and performance tuning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and tune complex SQL and PL/SQL code for OLAP/OLTP systems.
• Implement database features such as partitions, DBMS jobs, packages, procedures, functions, and user-defined types.
• Integrate database logic with UI teams using cursors, XML, and JSON.
• Debug, trace, and fix performance issues using data analysis.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ETL jobs.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL development.
• Experience working with OLAP and OLTP systems.
• Proficiency in database development using partitions, DBMS jobs, packages, procedures, functions, and Oracle user-defined types.
• Experience utilizing cursors, XML, and JSON when interfacing with applications.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning capabilities.
• Experience developing ETL jobs.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata.
• Familiarity with SingleStore/MySQL.
• Experience with Python and DB connect libs.
