You will serve as a functional lead bridging the gap between business owners and technical teams within an integrated ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and test the impact of R12.2 RUP patches or upgrades on business processes and customizations.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify process efficiencies through system configuration and automation.
• Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, project timelines, and scope.
• Provide hands-on support by articulating technical issues and changing requirements to stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis and redesign production module configurations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle e-business Suite Financial and Supply Chain applications in complex environments.
• Two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financial and Supply Chain applications as a functional lead.
• Functional lead experience in five or more modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iProcurement, Purchasing, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects and Grants (PNG), Inventory, Work Orders, iExpense, iSupplier, Property Manager, Warehouse/Inventory Mgmt., Order Management, or iStore.
• Experience working in ERP environments highly integrated with third-party systems.
• Proven ability in business process redesign and impact analysis for system patches or upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, plans, and issue tracking.
