Description

You will lead the implementation and rollout of Oracle ERP modules for new state operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management modules.
• Drive the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live, and post-production support.
• Perform application configurations and setups.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to develop integrations and customizations.
• Manage business process flows throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules.
• Proficiency in Fit-Gap analysis and Solution Design.
• Experience managing CRP, SIT, UAT, and Cutover/Go-Live phases.
• Functional knowledge of PO, OM, and INV to collaborate with technical teams on custom solutions.
• Bachelor's degree (BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA).

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SCM, Manufacturing, Costing, and VCP suites.
• Expertise in VCP applications and understanding of Finance and SCM module integration.
• Experience in process consulting and end-to-end project documentation.
