Description

You provide first-level technical and functional support for local business users of Oracle Cloud ERP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and service requests, performing basic fixes and workarounds for end-users.
• Reproduce issues, collect logs, and perform initial troubleshooting for integration failures.
• Coordinate timely escalations to the centralized L2 team for complex issues.
• Track incident status, communicate updates to stakeholders, and close tickets in ITSM.
• Assist with user onboarding, role provisioning requests, and basic feature training.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials/FSCM/HCM).
• Understanding of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Ability to read logs and capture error payloads; familiarity with error codes.
• Familiarity with SQL for simple queries and data checks.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of role-based access control and user provisioning processes in Oracle Cloud.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication with business users.
