Description

You will manage and support Oracle Engineered systems and infrastructure migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administration projects independently with full accountability for deliverables.
• Manage installation, administration, and support for Oracle Private Cloud Appliances (PCA), Exadata, Super Clusters, and Exalogic machines.
• Execute migrations from on-premises environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Provision and support Linux VMs, including patching, vulnerability remediation, audit, and compliance.
• Perform production support, disaster recovery exercises, data center migrations, and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Linux system administration experience (RedHat or Oracle).
• Direct experience with Oracle Engineered systems including PCA, Exadata, Exalogic, and OCI.
• Expertise in ZFS storage provisioning and support.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience using Ansible, GitHub, and Docker.
• Strong automation skills using Python and shell scripting.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as OEM, Splunk, DynaTrace, or Zabbix.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
