Description

Lead the Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practice, managing people, delivery, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Direct business operations and consulting resources to implement Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions for global clients.
• Own P&L responsibility, including financial/expense management, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Oversee project delivery and staff augmentation projects to ensure quality and profitable growth.
• Develop operational policies and strategies to expand the customer base and mitigate business risks.
• Manage the three pillars of the practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement.

Required Skills

• 10-16 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in consulting and 2 years in project management leadership.
• 10+ years of experience implementing a combination of Oracle EBS or Cloud applications.
• Proven track record of 5+ ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12).
• Experience as a senior team member, lead, or Project Manager on at least 3 full cycle implementations.
• Expertise in systems strategy, business requirement documentation, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design.
• Experience leading conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client training.
• Ability to manage on-site, off-site, and offshore functional and technical teams.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12, and Oracle EBS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle VBCS, Workflows, OAF, and OIIC.
• Big-4 or professional consulting background.
