Description

Lead the Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practice, managing delivery, people, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, budgets, and operational metrics for the practice.
• Direct business operations and consulting resources for global clients.
• Oversee project delivery and staff augmentation to ensure quality and growth.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base and mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 10-16 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in consulting and 2+ years in project management leadership.
• 10+ years implementing Oracle EBS or Cloud applications.
• 5+ ERP implementations (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12).
• Lead or senior member on at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Expertise in fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, and CRPs.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12, and Oracle EBS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle VBCS, Workflows, OAF, and OIIC.
• Big-4 or professional consulting background.
