Description

You will perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms to identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities. This role bridges business needs with technical execution within Oracle Banking and ERP Finance environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex systems to identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders, engineers, and architects to drive scalable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design solutions for loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations within banking systems.
• Manage product backlogs, boards, and Azure DevOps dashboards while supporting Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms.
• 10+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in system analysis, process optimization, and requirement gathering.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, analyze tradeoffs, and guide teams toward consensus-driven solutions.
• Understanding of operational controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Zafin and/or Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL).
• Certifications in Oracle, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
