Description

You will perform deep system analysis and solution design for Oracle Banking and ERP Finance platforms, focusing on lending workflows and financial integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex enterprise systems to identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders, engineers, and QA teams to drive scalable outcomes.
• Manage product backlogs, boards, and Azure DevOps dashboards in partnership with TPOs/TPMs.
• Ensure solutions comply with operational controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms.
• 10+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience in system analysis, process optimization, and requirement gathering.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with development and QA teams to resolve defects and ensure quality.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Zafin and/or Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL).
• Certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Oracle.
