• Execute functional and technical tasks across Oracle Cloud modules.
• Manage configurations and technical updates for HCM and Payroll systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Oracle Cloud.
• Handle mixed functional and technical responsibilities beyond pure software development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an Oracle Cloud environment.
• 5+ years of experience working specifically with HCM and Payroll modules.
• 2+ years of experience handling mixed functional and technical responsibilities.
• Proven ability to perform tasks beyond pure software development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end configurations for Oracle HCM and Payroll.
