Description

You will manage and support Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Payroll and Time & Labor modules in a support environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure balances, elements, fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation rules.
• Execute payroll processing, post-processing activities, and payslip configurations.
• Perform impact assessments for yearly Roll Up and year-end patches for HRMMS/Payroll.
• Configure HR Security roles, responsibilities, and Security Profiles.
• Collaborate with clients and coordinate with offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.10.
• Deep functional knowledge of Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll configuration and processing.
• Strong understanding of RICEFW within the EBS framework.
• Experience managing HR Security profiles and roles.
• Techno-functional expertise in Oracle and EIA.
• Ability to manage patch assessments for HRMMS.
• Any Graduate degree.
