Description

You provide technical support and configuration for Oracle ERP systems, focusing on diagnosing issues and maintaining cloud integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues in Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, and integration failures.
• Review system logs and error messages to identify and resolve root causes.
• Configure Oracle ERP modules to meet specific client requirements.
• Apply updates and patches to resolve bugs and vulnerabilities in Oracle ERP systems.
• Respond to business inquiries via email and ticketing systems, explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

Required Skills

• 12 years of professional experience in Oracle ERP support or implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Financial modules and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience configuring and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proficiency in Oracle database concepts and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with reporting tools: HCM Extracts, BIP, and OTBI.
• Strong ability to systematically diagnose technical issues and identify root causes.

Preferred Skills

• Clear and concise communication skills for explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
