Description

You will configure, support, and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) systems to meet functional and technical business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order and Shipment Management, Business Process Automation (BPA), and Contract and Rate Management modules.
• Configure rate structures, itineraries, and equipment setups within the OTM environment.
• Develop and maintain layouts, custom actions, Access Control Lists (ACLs), monitors, and tracking mechanisms.
• Handle integration mapping, XML profiles, and develop SOAP/REST APIs for system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, agent failures, and planning problems while providing operational support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong expertise in Order/Shipment Management, BPA, and Contract & Rate Management.
• Proficiency in XML, BN Rules, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with REST API and SOAP development.
• Ability to configure layouts, custom actions, ACLs, monitors, and tracking.
• Skills in integration mapping and XML profile management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Recurring processes and VPD setup.
• Knowledge of stylesheet modifications.
