Description

You will support Oracle Transport Management Systems (TMS) modules, manage business process alignments, and resolve critical configuration issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle TMS modules and maintain deep understanding of business-specific customizations.
• Document business flows and prepare functional and technical specification documents based on user requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot critical configuration issues, including planning problems and rate configurations.
• Identify agent failures using OTM system logs to resolve and fix issues.
• Manage mapping workshops and prepare specifications for interfaces such as Order Release, Planned Shipment, and Shipment Status.

Required Skills

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Oracle TMS.
• Expertise in Order Management, Shipment Management, and Business Process Automation.
• Proficiency in Contract and Rate Management, Configuration, and Administration.
• Hands-on experience with screen sets, manager layouts, advanced layouts, custom actions, and action checks.
• Knowledge of ACLs, Business Monitor, Status Code/Tracking event configuration, and user preferences.
• Experience in Commitment Allocation, Commitment Count, and Capacity Limits.
• Technical experience with Rate configuration, Itinerary, and Equipment configurations.
• Proficiency in XML and SOAP/REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of integration preference, integration saved queries, BN Rule, and External System configuration.
• Experience with Web service (SOAP/REST) setup, auto assignment rules, Domain Grants, and Style Sheet modification.
• Experience configuring Out XML Profile, External Systems, Recurring Processes, and VPD Profile setup.
