Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle UCM components and workflows.
• Implement document lifecycle management, metadata, security, and content organization.
• Develop and customize templates, check-in/check-out processes, and content profiles.
• Design and develop integrations between Oracle UCM and Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, WebCenter, and third-party applications.
• Create and maintain custom components using Java, RIDC, Idoc Script, and Web Services.
• Develop SQL/PLSQL scripts for data validation and reporting.
• Configure security roles, user access, and content permissions.
• Perform data migration, content migration, and repository upgrades.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Support UAT, deployment, post-production support, and user training.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM).
• Knowledge of Oracle WebCenter Content.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets.
• RIDC (Remote Intradoc Client).
• Idoc Script and Content Server customization.
• SQL and PL/SQL.
• XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Oracle Database.
• Linux/Unix environments.
• Git or other version control tools.

Functional Skills:

• Business requirement gathering.
• Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Workflow design and approval processes.
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Metadata and taxonomy management.
• Security and access control.
• User training and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle UCM/WebCenter Content experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle UCM with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion applications.
• Oracle certification is a plus
