You will design and implement Oracle Unified Assurance solutions to optimize network and service assurance processes.
Responsibilities
Design and configure Oracle Unified Assurance solutions for fault management, performance management, and service quality monitoring.
Customize OUA workflows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable operational insights.
Integrate OUA with existing OSS/BSS systems, network elements, and third-party applications.
Develop and execute test plans to validate implementation functionality, performance, and scalability.
Provide technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to client staff and internal teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as an Oracle Unified Assurance consultant.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Network Integrity (ONI), Oracle Performance Intelligence Center (PIC), and Oracle Communications Service Monitor (CSM).
Deep understanding of telecommunications networks and protocols, including GSM, CDMA, LTE, and IP.
Experience working with OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, provisioning, and billing.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing OUA solutions using Oracle tools and APIs.
Knowledge of industry standards such as TM Forum eTOM and ITU-T FCAPS.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
