Description

You will design and implement Oracle Unified Assurance solutions to optimize network and service assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Unified Assurance solutions for fault management, performance management, and service quality monitoring.
• Customize OUA workflows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable operational insights.
• Integrate OUA with existing OSS/BSS systems, network elements, and third-party applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate implementation functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to client staff and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Unified Assurance consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Network Integrity (ONI), Oracle Performance Intelligence Center (PIC), and Oracle Communications Service Monitor (CSM).
• Deep understanding of telecommunications networks and protocols, including GSM, CDMA, LTE, and IP.
• Experience working with OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, provisioning, and billing.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing OUA solutions using Oracle tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as TM Forum eTOM and ITU-T FCAPS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
