Description

You will implement and support Oracle Utilities solutions focused on CC&B and C2M environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure CC&B packages to meet specific project requirements.
  • Translate functional specifications into detailed functional design documents.
  • Capture necessary product configurations and produce documentation for development teams.
  • Design forms, workflows, portlets, and integrations with external systems.
  • Support testing teams by providing functional expertise during validation phases.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Utilities solutions including CC&B and C2M.
  • Deep product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B, C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB, MCP).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Practical understanding of the Meter-to-Cash billing flow.
  • Strong grasp of Oracle CC&B and MDM data models.
  • Experience integrating CC&B with utility enterprise systems such as core MDM, WAM, and NMS.
  • Proficiency in the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Utilities modules.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
