Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing website updates and web application enhancements, managing the full lifecycle from requirement deconstruction to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for website updates and application enhancements.
• Deconstruct complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Mentor and guide offshore team members through technical implementation.
• Collaborate with UI, CMS, and API teams to manage integrations and new requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java-based CMS platforms, specifically Oracle WebCenter Sites.
• 10+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong experience in web application development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Backend development experience using Spring Boot.
