Description

You will provide technical expertise for the management, maintenance, and support of Oracle Weblogic Servers on Red Hat Linux v8 and Windows 2019/2022 Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Weblogic performance by identifying bottlenecks, monitoring system health, and implementing corrective actions.
• Automate administrative tasks using bash and WLST scripting.
• Develop and test backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Execute quarterly patching and Java upgrades, coordinating with DBA, network, and Red Hat teams.
• Manage incident response, conducting root cause analysis to implement permanent solutions for complex problems.
• Maintain technical documentation for server configurations, security protocols, and infrastructure architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience administering Oracle Weblogic Server (version 12.2.1.3.0 or higher) in enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux.
• 10+ years of experience working with Windows Servers.
• 10+ years of experience with clustering, load balancing, and high availability configurations.
• Proficiency in scripting with WLST, Jython, and Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Weblogic Server architecture and integration with third-party applications.
• Experience with Java upgrades and patch management.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and resource forecasting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
