Focus on database management and application troubleshooting within an investment banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business functionality to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot L3 application issues to identify and resolve root causes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage system upgrades and server migrations.
• Communicate with external clients to establish connectivity and data flows.
• Manage the release lifecycle, including packaging, building, deploying, and configuration management.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience with Sybase ASE.
• Strong expertise in Oracle and Unix environments.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and Autosys scheduling.
• Proficiency in Java, MQ, NDM, and C.
• Experience with release management and configuration management tools.
• Ability to perform legacy system enhancements through programming.
• Analytical skills for process flow troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agency lending or Investment banking domains.
