Description

You will lead development and support for Oracle Xstore POS implementations, ensuring platform stability and resolving complex technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain POS solutions using the Oracle Xstore platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Xstore environment.
• Apply development best practices to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct Oracle Xstore development or support experience.
• 5 to 10 years of total professional software experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore and Exadata.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and XML.
• Deep understanding of POS solutions architecture.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or hospitality POS environments.
• Knowledge of integration patterns with backend enterprise systems.
