Description

You will lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle Xstore POS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, functional design, and testing phases for retail POS implementations.
• Manage store operations and payment integrations within the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical teams to execute configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
• Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting logs and resolving issues via SQL and APIs.
• Conduct user training and manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Xstore POS implementation and support.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Retail Suite, specifically RMS, ORCE, and SIM.
• Hands-on experience with retail POS solutions and e-commerce platform integrations.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with APIs for issue resolution and system connectivity.
• Proven track record in requirement gathering and functional design documentation.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
