Description

Lead technical development and oversee the software development lifecycle for Oracle Xstore POS solutions. You will drive J2EE application development, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Architects to coordinate all SDLC phases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver custom software solutions using object-oriented programming concepts.
• Lead the development of J2EE applications and provide technical mentorship to project team members.
• Articulate design rationales to build consensus and provide technical support across diverse platforms.
• Manage requirements for offshore teams by working flexible hours as needed.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in J2EE software design and development.
• Proficiency with Oracle Technologies and Relational Databases.
• Experience with Application Servers including WebLogic, Jetty, and Jboss.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Web Services.
• Competency in Unix Shell and Windows Scripting.
• In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming & Design.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
