Description

Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Oracle xStore, xCenter, and ecosystem integrations.

Responsibilities

• Isolate reported issues to determine root causes and functional solutions.
• Develop technical solutions and implement them via hotfixes or patches.
• Perform full functional and regression testing on all implemented solutions.
• Consolidate patches into organized releases and document issues, root cause analyses, and solutions.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to resolve POS and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or functional analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle xStore and Oracle xCenter.
• Proven ability to manage technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience delivering software via hotfixes and patches.
• Strong communication and customer management skills.
• Availability to support non-office hours as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
