Description

You will manage and maintain Session Border Controllers and voice routing systems to support operational requirements. You will engineer, troubleshoot, and upgrade Cisco voice gateways and Oracle Communications Session Border Controllers. You will provide lead engineering support throughout all project phases and participate in architecture strategy activities with strategic technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle Communications Session Border Controllers.
• Administer, engineer, and troubleshoot Cisco voice gateways.
• Perform operational management and system upgrades.
• Participate in architecture strategy activities and work with strategic technology partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing VoIP technologies.
• Deep knowledge of SIP signaling, call-flows, and SIP internetworking.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting large-scale SIP and VoIP networks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle/ACME Packet Session Border Controllers.
• Working knowledge of RTP, G.711, G.729, DTMF, and H323 protocols.
• Acme Packet Certified Professional Network Engineer certification.
• CCIE Voice or Collaboration certification.
• CCNA or CCNP Voice certification.
