Description
Manage and optimize order lifecycle processes within Oracle Order Management Cloud.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize OM flows for recurring and one-time products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the order management system.
- Integrate OM functionality with Subscription Management and RMCS.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams on order processes.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud.
- Experience managing order lifecycle processes (validation, approvals, fulfillment).
- Ability to configure and optimize OM Flows.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities.
- Any Graduate education.
