Description

Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from validating marketplace deals to finalizing transactions through quote conversion.

Responsibilities

• Validate proposed deals to ensure they meet all requirements and contain necessary data elements.
• Book deals and convert quotes to finalize transactions accurately.
• Update and create records within Salesforce, AWS, and third-party systems.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and IT deployments.
• Audit existing processes to identify performance defects and resolve system-related issues with IT partners.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience in sales operations, quote-to-cash operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience with AWS MP or Tackle.io.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to perform complex calculations to validate data accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and think independently regarding cross-functional impacts.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to navigate complex systems, processes, and procedures.
