Order Manager

You will lead end-to-end implementations of core financial modules within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle implementations of GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Costing, CM, and Advanced Collection modules across multi-org and multi-currency setups.
• Manage data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle, including full financial reconciliation for Receivables, Payables, and Inventory.
• Document business requirements by mapping fit-to-standard processes and identifying gaps requiring customization.
• Produce MD50 detail design, CV55 data conversion, and As-Is/To-Be narrative documentation.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS 12.1.3, specifically configuring EBTax.
• Hands-on experience with Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Procure to Pay accounting flows.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database 19C, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports 6i, Workflow, and XML Publisher.
• Ability to write Unix Scripting.
• Experience driving technical and functional designs toward sustainable and reusable solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience with third-party tax engines such as Vertex or Avalara.
• Experience working with both offshore and on-site teams.
