Description

You will lead the people side of change for enterprise-wide application implementations, specifically a Grant Management System (GMS) and Data Pipeline Modernization (DPM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, support, and equip staff and stakeholder groups to adopt new business processes, systems, and technologies.
• Collaborate with project owners, sponsors, managers, and school district stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Facilitate transparent and frequent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Identify root causes of resistance and develop problem-solving strategies to mitigate organizational issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of direct organizational change management (OCM) experience.
• Proven expertise in change management principles and methodologies, specifically ADKAR.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Ability to build and deliver professional presentations.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and root-cause identification.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience in relevant fields.
• ANY GRADUATE degree.
