Responsibilities

• Drive change management strategies for web governance and digital modernization efforts.
• Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives across complex organizational structures.
• Apply change management methodologies to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align change efforts with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proven track record in higher education, public sector, or large complex organizations.
• Experience with web governance, digital modernization, or website management.

Preferred Skills

• Certification or coursework in Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks.
