You will apply organizational change management strategies to support the adoption of cybersecurity priorities and drive a security-centric culture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives to improve program operations and technical tool delivery.
• Apply OCM methodologies to guide the adoption of changes to processes, systems, and technologies.
• Provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address security-related business issues and opportunities.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches for project components.
• Lead collaborative efforts and remove barriers to help others navigate organizational change.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience developing communication plans and simplifying complex information for top-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile conflicting information and distinguish underlying needs from user requests.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proven consulting skills to assimilate business knowledge and internal customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification.
