You will manage the people side of large-scale transformations, including organizational, process, and technology changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change management programs covering stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, and readiness activities.
• Develop human-centered activities, including persona and journey development, to drive stakeholder experiences.
• Create learning solutions and documentation using various methodologies and frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to communicate complex issues and provide recommendations to C-level audiences.
• Execute change management strategies and work plans to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting.
• Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for articulating complex issues and communicating with executives.
• Strong data analysis and work plan development skills using Excel.
• Experience using MS Project for project tracking and execution.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior management and staff.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
