Description

Lead organizational change management efforts to support the adoption of technical and business changes in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead an OCM team to develop and implement strategies that support required organizational changes.
• Conduct studies and analyses to assess change impact and identify methods to mitigate resistance.
• Develop and maintain rigorous OCM checkpoints and metrics to measure the success of implemented changes.
• Support project managers by documenting plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
• Communicate change updates to project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• Proven track record of managing successful IT operations change management.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change management efforts.
• Proficiency with common change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience working within the project lifecycle.
• Ability to plan and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification.
• SharePoint setup and administration experience.
• State of Texas or Unemployment Insurance system experience.
