Description

You will lead organizational change management efforts for large-scale IT system implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement OCM strategies for IT system deployments using Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
• Direct OCM activities for the implementation of Contractor COTS/MOTS solutions.
• Manage change processes for environments with a minimum of 3,000 users.
• Execute training duties specifically related to IT project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing OCM for IT system implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing training duties for IT projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience serving as the OCM Lead on IT projects implementing COTS/MOTS.
• Proven experience managing change for user bases of at least 3,000 people.
• Current Prosci certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
