Description

Lead organizational change management for large-scale IT projects and legacy system replacements in government environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement OCM practices using industry-standard change management frameworks.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project adoption.
• Manage stakeholder interests and communications regarding system data.
• Execute change strategies within government project environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead OCM role on an IT project.
• At least one project involving a legacy system replacement with a cost of $5 million or more.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing OCM practices on a government project.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience covering conflict resolution, communication, clear writing, negotiation, meeting facilitation, or team collaboration.
• Lead OCM experience on IT projects must have occurred within the last 10 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• ADKAR certification or equivalent industry standard methodology.
• One year of experience working with stakeholder groups managing diverse system data interests.
• Formal Agile or Scrum training completion.
