Description

You will lead large-scale organizational change efforts and manage the transition of enterprise-level projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change management assessments to identify organizational impact and readiness.
• Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence without authority.
• Facilitate work sessions and team meetings through professional presentation and leadership.
• Identify root causes and solve complex problems related to organizational transitions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• 8+ years of verbal and written communication experience across all organizational levels, from direct delivery staff to executive leadership.
• 5+ years of experience implementing change management for SACWIS/CCWIS systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience for enterprise-level projects.
• Change management certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.
