You will design and implement organizational change management programs to drive successful project outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy organizational change management initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for change programs.
• Influence stakeholders through clear written and oral communication.
• Align change strategies with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure programs.
• 5+ years in organizational change management program design and implementation.
• 5+ years in project management and resource management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders via written and oral communication.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience managing Azure-related projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a certified Project Manager.
