Description

You will lead end-to-end change management strategy design, planning, delivery, and support for multiple user impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders and conduct change impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management.
• Mitigate people-side risks and address anticipated points of resistance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and deploy a sustainable Change Network to support adoption efforts.
• Design training programs, manage their delivery, and measure effectiveness alongside defined change KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within a global Professional Services organization.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency with Prosci and ADKAR frameworks.
• Experience with KPI design and adoption measurement.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and articulate messages across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project management approaches and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• CCMP certification.
• Post Graduate or advanced degree in Human Resources, General Management, or Organizational Behavior.
