Description

You will own the end-to-end change management strategy, design, and delivery for assigned user impact projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management strategies based on scope, change history, and impacted groups.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments, and impact assessments to identify risks.
• Develop actionable plans covering communications, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management.
• Establish and deploy a sustainable Change Network to support initiatives.
• Monitor adoption through KPI design, measurement, and necessary course corrections.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of Change Management experience.
• Proficiency in OCM, ADKAR, and Prosci methodologies.
• Experience with KPI design and adoption measurement.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within a global Professional Services organization.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and articulate messages across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management approaches and tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Change Management certification (CCMP).
• Post Graduate or advanced degree in Human Resources, General Management, or Organizational Behavior.
