Description

Manage technical and functional ORMB operations, account configurations, and data reporting for the Atlanta, GA team.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up accounts in ORMB according to business requirements.
• Manage price items, group section remapping, and pricing rule updates.
• Execute production releases, deployments, and batch job management.
• Verify account transitions to ORMB and implement assigned CTAKS.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ORMB technical and functional processes.
• Hands-on experience resolving ORMB technical and functional issues.
• Proficiency with Service Now for incident management.
• Experience using BI Publisher.
• Ability to write queries to pull, summarize, and analyze data from multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Based Reporting.
• Deep understanding of ORMB concepts and account configuration details.

• Any Graduate degree.
