Description
Lead technical implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and support real-time and batch programs, including plug-in driven batches and business services.
- Perform ORMB functional and technical configuration to validate functionality before production migration and conduct post-production health checks.
- Develop configuration design documents for Billing, Payments, Price Management, and Adjustment modules.
- Create RM&B configurations such as Service Scripts, Plug-in scripts, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.
- Manage UAT and production cut-over tasks, including smoke testing and monitoring job streams during billing and general ledger activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with ORMB modules: Customer Setup, Billing, Pricing, Billing Payments & Collections, and General Ledger.
- 5+ years of experience with ORMB technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
- 5+ years of experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, REST, XML/JSON, Oracle Database, and Groovy.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting ORMB application projects.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL within the ORMB data model and building interfaces.
- Deep understanding of ORMB configurations, enhancements, extensions, and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Health Insurance Enrollment & Billing (ACA & Fully Insured).
- Knowledge of On-Prem and SaaS deployment models.
