Description

You will build and maintain operating system components across the entire stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system components from drivers through to frameworks.
• Debug complex, multi-component issues spanning kernel to application layers.
• Profile performance and execute optimizations across the entire software stack.
• Bring up new hardware devices, performing debugging and tuning.
• Integrate software components from partner teams into the unified codebase.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience with Embedded Linux development.
• Familiarity with operating system internals and framework services.
• Experience working in a large-scale C/C++ codebase.
• Experience with software development processes (source control, unit tests, bug tracking).
• Familiarity with Android SDK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with device bring up and Linux kernel customization.
• Experience with modern C/C++ standards and best practices.
