Description

You will provide Level 3 engineering support and design strategic solutions for corporate OS platforms across data centers, cloud, and disaster recovery sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 engineering support and solution installations for corporate OS platforms and virtual infrastructure.
• Analyze virtual and physical OS platforms regarding configuration, monitoring, and capacity.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting for vCenter, NSX, Aria Operations, Cisco UCS, and Nutanix Prism.
• Manage and monitor existing virtual infrastructure to identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve urgent VMware environment issues outside of business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in OS and virtualization engineering.
• Deep expertise in VMware environments and virtual infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with vCenter and NSX.
• Experience managing Aria Operations.
• Technical proficiency with Cisco UCS and Nutanix Prism.
• Ability to perform capacity analysis and configuration monitoring.
• Proven track record of providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting.
• Degree in any field of study.
