Description

You will own solution architecture and implementation for OSI PI (Aveva) systems, supporting a small team and driving technology optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architectures that align with organizational standards and business needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot OSI PI Interfaces (OPC DA, PItoPI, RDBMS, UFL) and IT-OT integrations using Industrial Connectors like Kepware.
• Deploy and support PI Visualization Suite components, including PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook, and PI Vision.
• Drive the installation and implementation of new technologies and optimize existing IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with Computerized System Validation standards (GAMP, GxP) within quality systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and designing solutions based on OSI PI (Aveva).
• Strong knowledge of OSI PI Data Access Methodologies: AF SDK, OLEDB/ODBC/JDBC Provider, PI OPC DA/HDA Server, and PI Web API.
• Practical experience with standard products including OPC UA, OPC DA, and OPC HDA.
• Proficiency in PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook, and PI Vision.
• Understanding of ISA S88, ISA S95, and OPC standards.
• Experience implementing solutions in a global delivery environment.
• Good knowledge of Computerized System Validation, GAMP, and GxP environments.

Preferred Skills

• Level 100 & Level 200 Accreditation in OSI PI systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
