Description

You will manage L1 and L2 incident support for the OSI PI application and coordinate technical tasks with onsite teams. You will implement minor enhancements, deploy monitoring techniques for rapid problem identification, and ensure system stability through direct stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage L1 and L2 incidents related to the OSI PI application.
• Implement minor enhancements within the OSI PI environment.
• Deploy monitoring techniques to ensure rapid problem identification.
• Coordinate technical tasks with the onsite team and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience working with OSI PI products.
• Deep technical knowledge of OSI PI Architecture.
• Practical experience with AF hierarchy and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with tag creation and configuration of remote PI Interface nodes.
• Strong understanding of OSI PI security principles and their application.
• Working knowledge of OPC protocols.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
